Title:
COMPUTER SYSTEM, VIRTUAL SERVER ARRANGEMENT METHOD, AND ARRANGEMENT CONTROL DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2013150134
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To prevent increase in power consumption and satisfy the QoS requested by a user, although conventionally, in the case where arrangement of a virtual server is changed, if the communication efficiency of a network after the change is low, because retransmission of data occurs frequently, power consumption increases and the QoS requested by the user cannot be satisfied.

A computer system provides a prescribed service by means of a virtual computer. A router comprises an information acquisition unit which acquires communication information per flow passing through the router and transmits the communication information to an analysis device. The analysis device comprises: an analysis unit which analyzes the communication information and outputs an analyzed result; and a probability calculation unit which calculates a packet discard occurrence probability indicating the degree of risk of occurrence of packet discard at a router included in a movement destination communication path on the basis of the analyzed result. A management computer comprises: a load prediction unit which predicts the load per communication path on the basis of the analyzed result, and identifies path candidates; and an arrangement determination unit which determines a movement destination communication path among the path candidates on the basis of the packet discard occurrence probability.
