To provide a control technique capable of controlling to a suitable voltage rise rate (dv/dt) and current rise rate (di/dt) in consideration of an instantaneous value of a load current.SOLUTION: An arithmetic unit includes a voltage acquisition unit that acquires the value of a surge voltage generated in a specific non-contact switch in a voltage conversion circuit that converts a first voltage to a second voltage by switching each of a plurality of non-contact switches, a power loss acquisition unit that acquires the value of the power loss of the specific non-contact switch, an arithmetic unit that calculates the value of the gate voltage applied to the gates of the plurality of non-contact switches included in the voltage conversion circuit on the basis of the value of the surge voltage acquired by the voltage acquisition unit and the value of the power loss acquired by the power loss acquisition unit, and an output unit that outputs the value of the gate voltage calculated by the arithmetic unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
