The new compound is expressed by general formula (I) [wherein R1 expresses H or formula (2)]. A pharmaceutically permissible salt of the same is claimed. A vacuolar protone ATP hydrolase inhibitor, an apotosis inducer and an anticancer agent containing the compound expressed by general formula (I) or its pharmacologically permissible salt are also claimed.
