PURPOSE: To provide a concealing card having a surface protective layer enhanced in surface abrasion resistance and a surface protective layer having flexibility formed thereto in a divided state, enhanced in durability, extended in its life and prevented from surface cracking due to embossing.

CONSTITUTION: In a concealing card, plastic films 11,11 are laminated to both surfaces of a core base material 10 composed of a plastic sheet and a magnetic tape 12 is bonded to the plastic film 11 on the surface side and both surfaces are made uniform by a hot press to form a magnetic card K and a colored concealing layer 13, a pattern layer 14 and a surface protective layer 15 are provided to the magnetic card K to conceal the magnetic tape 12. A surface protective layer is provided so that a surface protective layer 15A composed of a thermosetting resin is provided to the uppermost layer of a magnetic tape region and surface protective layers 15B, 15B composed of a thermoplastic resin are provided to the uppermost layer of a non-magnetic tape region in a divided state.
