When the operation permitting/prohibiting switch 6 mounted on the concentrated control device 1 is switched from prohibition to permission, the start and stop of the operation by operating the operation switch 9 of the air conditioner 5 is enabled, and when the operation permitting/prohibiting switch 6 is switched from permission to prohibition, the operation is stopped, and the start and stop of the operation by the operation switch 9 is disabled, whereby the operation of the air conditioner 5 can be independently performed in each room, the start of the operation immediately after the switching of the operation permitting/prohibiting switch 6 from prohibition to permission, can be prevented, and further the full stop can be achieved and the concentrated control of high safety can be performed by switching the operation permitting/ prohibiting switch 6 from permission to prohibition.
