PURPOSE: To minimize regulating manhours at site and permit to effect the optimum automatic control of respective air-conditioning spaces throughout a year by a method wherein a control constant is operated by a concentrated monitor control device based on an atmospheric condition while the control constant is commanded to respective terminal controllers.
CONSTITUTION: The control condition of the air-conditioning spaces is simulated in the concentrated monitor control device 10 by employing the control constant used in the last week and when an overshoot (difference) based on the result of simulation exceeds the upper or lower limit, the control constant is corrected and the optimum control constant is decided. On the other hand, weather data, measured by an atmospheric condition measuring means 60, is inputted to operate the control of air condition of the air-conditioner with respect to external turbulences. Subsequently, indoor circumstance is operated based on the result of above-described operation and determined control constant is commanded by a control constant commanding means 62 from the concentrated monitor control device 10 to respective terminal controllers 301W30n. Respective terminal controllers 301W30n carry out the automatic control thereof by employing the commanded control constant.
