To generate oxygen-enriched air smoothly by obstructing the intrusion of moisture through a supply route and an exhaust route of the oxygen-enriched air from the outside under the shut down of an a concentrated oxygen supply apparatus in the concentrated oxygen supply apparatus provided with an adsorbent capable of adsorbing and separating nitrogen in the air.
The concentrated oxygen supply apparatus 1 is provided with adsorbing vessels 21 and 22 in which an adsorbent for adsorbing and separating nitrogen in the air is enclosed to execute an adsorption process or a separation process and which are connected side by side with a flow passage, an air compressor 13 for forcibly feeding the air in the flow passage, a flow passage controlling means 17 for controlling such that, when one of the adsorbing vessel 21 is used for the adsorption process, another adsorption vessel 22 is used for the separation process, an exhaust route 40 for exhausting the air from the adsorbing vessel 22 in the separation process, and a check value 28 for obstructing the moisture intruding through the exhaust route 40 under the shutdown of the concentrated oxygen supply apparatus 1.
