Abstract:
To provide a method for concentrating/recovering metal nickel from nickel element-containing powder where metal nickel with high purity can be recovered in a powdery shape from a nickel element-containing powder without producing a metal bath.
Nickel element-containing powder is fed into a high temperature reducing air flow heated at ≥500°C, so as to cause reduction reaction in the high temperature reducing air flow, and metal nickel is locally concentrated in the powder.
