Abstract:
To provide a concentrated seasoning composition that can suppress oil floating in a cooked food including a relatively fatty meat.SOLUTION: The present invention discloses a concentrated seasoning composition for a cooked food including a meat with a fat content of 15 mass% or more. The composition contains a low amylopectin starchy material with an amylopectin content in starch being less than 80 mass% and a high amylopectin starchy material with an amylopectin content in starch being 80 mass% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
