PURPOSE: To provide a concentrated system comprising a suspension containing a non-polar suspension medium or the like; two specified reagents; and a polar component or the like, being thickenable in an aqueous medium and having a high concentration of the reagent non-thickenable in the non-polar medium, and used as an industrial cleaner for walls, etc.
CONSTITUTION: There is provided the objective system which is a concentrated system comprising (A) 40-90 wt.%, desirably, 45-80 wt.% non-polar suspension medium or non-polar carrier, (B) 0.5-55 wt.%, desirably, 2-50 wt.% reagent which can thicken the aqueous medium but can not thicken the non-polar solvent, (C) 0.5-15 wt.%, desirably, 1-10 wt.% reagent which comprises a mixture of a multichain surfactant soluble or dispersible in the non-polar carrier with an organic acid salt not soluble in the non-polar carrier and thickens the non-polar medium; (D) a polar solvent, and, optionally, (E) 0.5-15 wt.% reagent capable of emulsifying the non-polar solvent in water, having a surfactant/organic salt weight ratio of 60/40 to 99.5/0.5, and the polar component being introduced into the system in a quantity making it possible to solubilize at least 1 wt.% of the organic acid but not more than 5-50 wt.% of the organic acid.
