PURPOSE: To prevent the deterioration of all of an adsorbent due to the trouble of a magnet valve by detecting the concn. of concd. oxygen and sending an electric signal from a regulator to air compressor to automatically stop the operation of the compressor.
CONSTITUTION: Air fed through an air feeding pipe 21 is compressed with a compressor 3, the compressed air is dehumidified with a vapor-liq. separator 4, and the dehumidified air is fed to an adsorption tower 1 or 2 through a pipe 22 and a magnet valve 11 of 12. Oxygen leaving the tower 1 or 2 is taken out of a pipe 24 for taking out a product gas through a magnet valve 13 or 14. The integrated value of the internal pressure of the adsorption tower in 1 cycle is detected with an integrator 9, and an integration comparing signal 33 is sent to a comparator 10 from the integrator 9. The comparator 10 compares the value with the integrated value of the internal pressure of the tower in 1 cycle in regulat operation. When the difference exceeds a set width, an electric signal 32 is sent to the compressor 3 from the comparator 10 to stop the compressor 3.
