The concentrating reflector panel of a trough type solar heat collecting apparatus includes a reflector base which is formed to be capable of reflecting sunlight and has a reflection surface on a front face thereof in a required curved-face shape and a reinforcing rib which is formed as a reinforcing member of the reflector base so as to extend in a direction in which a curvature of the curved-face shape of the reflection surface changes on the back of the reflector base, wherein the reflector base and the reinforcing rib are integrally formed by extrusion.
