Title:
CONCENTRATION ADJUSTING RING FOR FINE POWDERED COAL BURNER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3758742
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more improve fine powdered coal concentration effect in a burner outer cylinder to the outside than the prior art, prevent a concentration adjusting ring itself and an internal peripheral surface of the burner outer cylinder from being worn and further prevent a fine powdered coal deposition layer from being formed.
SOLUTION: This concentration adjusting ring 26 is fitted to a burner inner cylinder 6 from the outside such that primary air 11 is forced to go around the outside in a burner outer cylinder 8 to concentrate fine powdered coal 10 to the outside. A flow passage contraction slope 27 located on the upstream side is build up at a first inclination angel α1 smaller than at least 20 degree or less with respect to an outer peripheral surface of the burner inner cylinder 6 and is build up in the cource thereof at a second inclination angle α2 larger than the first inclination angle α1 while being gradually deflected. Further, it is formed along the flow direction of the primary air 11 permitting the outer configuration of the top part thereof to draw a mild curved line, and a downstream flow passage extension slope 28 is formed into a flow line configuration extending continuously to the top of a flow passage contraction slope 27 such that the primary air 11 going around is prevented from forming turbulence and a spiral flow.
