Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system for neutralizing treatment water using a hydrogen ion density measurement value, capable of reducing an affection of disturbance.SOLUTION: A density adjustment system for injecting a neutralizer to water to be treated for controlling pH of the water to be treated, comprises: a treatment tank for storing the water to be treated; neutralizer injection means for injecting the neutralizer to the treatment tank; a droplet sensor for measuring drop of the neutralizer; a pH meter disposed in the treatment tank; and a controller for driving the neutralizer injection means and controlling the injection amount of the neutralizer to the treatment tank, according to the pH value of the water to be treated determined by the pH meter, with a sample cycle having a predetermined interval. The controller monitors operation of the neutralizer injection means on the droplet sensor, and when the drop amount detected by the droplet sensor is lower than a predetermined injection amount, hastens the sample cycle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
