Abstract:
PURPOSE:To realize a stable concentration control with high precision by continuously finding the concentration of the inside of a first can from the measured values of temperature and pressure by means of an indirect estimation operation in real time. CONSTITUTION:If the temperature is T1, function computing elements can decide the concentrations D1-Dn of respective pressure parameters. The decided concentrations are set in a program setter 32 at every second, for example. The pressure P is plotted in an X-axis, and the concentration D in Y-axis in a program setter 32, and the plots of the concentration outputs D1-Dn from the function computing elements in pressure parameters P1-Pn are periodically updated. The plots showing the respective concentrations are connected with straight lines, to constitute a polygonal line generators which continuously and automatically outputs concentration operation values with respect to the intermediate pressure value of the pressure parameters P1-Pn. Thus, the pressure measured value PV7 of the first can is inputted as the pressure signal of the program setter 32 through an indicator 33, whereby a logical concentration D at the present temperature and pressure can be estimated and outputted continuously in real time.
