To provide a concentration measuring method, evaluation method and evaluation device for plasticizer for extraction and removal of a plasticizer from a green layered product.
When the plasticizer concentration in the green layered product is measured, microscopic laser Raman method is used to evaluate the concentration of benzene ring or ester group to evaluate BBP concentration. An absorption peak of 1607 cm-1 resulted from benzene ring and an absorption peak of 1735 cm-1 resulted from ester group are observed in the Raman spectrum on the dielectric layer of the untreated green layered product. Since their peak intensities are changed according to a sample sectional shape, the respective peak intensities are standardized by an absorption peak intensity of 525 cm-1 resulted from ceramics, or the relative intensity ratio of the peak intensity of 1607 cm-1 resulted from benzene ring and the peak intensity of 525 cm-1 resulted from ceramics is measured, whereby the plasticizer concentration is evaluated.
