Abstract:

To provide a concentrator and a concentration method, which easily maintain microorganism recovery efficiency while removing impurities in a negative charge membrane method.SOLUTION: A concentrator 100 includes: a negative charge membrane 102 that has a hole with a first bore diameter and that is negatively charged; a water sample supply part 106 that is arranged on the upstream side of the negative charge membrane 102 and that supplies a water sample; and a preliminary membrane 103 that is arranged on a channel between the negative charge membranes 102 from the water sample supply part 106 and that has a hole with a second bore diameter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
