Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw member capable of preventing a cap mounted to the head part of a bolt from loosening.SOLUTION: A fastened member 2 is fastened by inserting a bolt 10 into an open hole penetrating the fastened member 2. A cap 20 is mounted to a head part 12, the cap having a blockage part 22 at one end of both ends of a cylindrical wall part 21, and an opening part 23 at the other end. Since a seal washer 30 between the peripheral edge part of the opening part 23 and the fastened member 2 is pressure-welded, the inside and outside of the cap 20 are shut down. Since the cylindrical wall part 21 is formed into a cylindrical shape, even when an object collides with the cylindrical wall part 21, the cap 20 can be caused to hardly rotate compared to the case where the cylindrical wall part 21 has a corner. Consequently, the cap 20 can be prevented from loosening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
