PURPOSE: To obtain a concrete blend composition having high fluidity and high packing properties, excellent in resistance to separation of material and reduced in bleeding by blending a water-soluble O-2,3-dihydroxypropyl cellulose or its derivative as a thickener.
CONSTITUTION: This composition is obtained by blending a concrete blend composition obtained by blending a cement binder with an aggregate, water and as necessary, various admixture such as a water-reducing admixture, a fluidizing agent, AE agent and high-performance AE water-reducing admixture with O-2,3-dihydroxypropyl cellulose or its derivative as a thickener. This composition has high fluidity and high packing property and is excellent in resistance to separation of material and hardly causes bleeding and made vibrating compaction by vibrator, etc., unnecessary. Consequently, the composition can provide concrete structure or concrete secondary product capable of readily carrying out process control because of simple operation without accompanying noise in producing, hardly causing catching of foam, excellent in resistance to freezing and melting and high quality and high durability.
