PURPOSE: To enhance durability as well as workability by attaching pattern pieces formed out of an irregularly severed and sintered ceramic plate to the surface of a concrete block product such as a retaining wall and divisional wall.
CONSTITUTION: A ceramic plate is roughened in surface and severed irregularly. Then, each piece of the plate is sintered and hardened to form a ceramic block piece 7. Thereafter, a plurality of the pieces 7 are arranged on a template via a joint section, and this section is filled with sand or the like. Also, a heated bonding sheet 6 is placed on the joint section, and vacuum packed, and then quickly cooled, thereby integrating the block pieces 7 and the sheet 6 with each other and forming a ceramic patterned sheet C. Then, the upper surface of the sheet C is laid on the upper surface of a rectangular sheet plate 9 at the front slope of a molded rear form 10 as well as on the internal surface of a molded front plate 5. Thereafter, molded side plates 2 and 3, and the front plate 5 are erected on a bedplate 9 and fixed with a joint 17, thereby forming a retaining wall molding form A. Furthermore, reinforcements are laid in the form A, and concrete is placed therein and hardened.
