Title:
CONCRETE CASTING METHOD IN CONTINUOUS WALL CONSTRUCTION METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3255381
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enhance workablity by installing a plurality of small-size pipes which serve as a tremie pipe to a part of reinforcing bars in a reinforcement cage.
CONSTITUTION: A reinforcement cage 2 in which a plurality of small-sized pipes serving as a tremie pipe are installed to a part of vertical reinforcements, is installed into an excavated curvert 1 filled with muddy water A. Concrete is cast down from a hopper 4. When the drop of the concrete comes to a halt, the concrete is boosted with a pump. Then, the concrete is driven consecutively from the bottom of the pipe 3 and the top of the concrete pushes up the muddy water A so that it may be replaced by the concrete. After the concrete is cured, the top of the pipes 3 projecting from horizontal reinforcements are cut off and the rest of the pipes is back-filled. This construction makes it possible to omit the installation work and withdrawing work of the tremie pipes and thereby enhance concrete placement efficiency.
