Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the operation for closing a cut-off valve in the vicinity of a concrete placing inlet after the completion of concrete-place into a form.
SOLUTION: A concrete conveying pipe line device 20 is applied to a concrete placing method for conveying the concrete into a form from the side of the form. In that case, a concrete conveying pipe 26 is connected to a concrete placing inlet pipe. a pipe line cut-off device 46 is provided to the concrete conveying pipe 26, and a pressure adjustment 27 used for pipe line air vent is provided to an upstream section 26b thereof. After the completion of concrete place, a cover 57 of the pressure adjustment 27 used for pipe-line air vent is opened, and the cut-off valve 45 is immediately closed. Then, since the upstream side of the cut-off valve 45 is evacuated, the cut-off valve 45 can be closed in a state to act no high on the cut-off valve 45, and the cut-off valve 45 can be closed with light force.
