This concrete conveying and placing device is used to manufacture a concrete PC floor board at construction site. It is provided with a traveling rail 1 provided on a beam 4 at a story where the half PC board is manufactured, a concrete bucket 2 suspended so as to travel along the running rail 1 to convey ready mixed concrete, and a bed for manufacturing the half PC board (bed for manufacturing a PC board) 3 provided in a scope of travel of the concrete bucket 2. The concrete bucket 2 is suspended from the traveling rail 1 so as to turn. A chuter 8 guiding ready mixed concrete when the concrete is placed is provided in the concrete bucket 2 so as to change a height position of its tip side.
