PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete curing method such that a proper curing period can be set.SOLUTION: For a concrete curing method of managing a temperature or humidity of a floor slab 120 in casting concrete for the floor slab 120, the floor slab 120 is provided internally with: an internal thermometer 20 as internal temperature measuring means of measuring a burying internal temperature; a curing space thermometer 30 as curing space temperature measuring means of measuring a temperature of a curing space 140 of the floor slab 120; a curing space hygrometer 40 as curing space humidity measuring means of measuring a humidity of the curing space 140; and an outside air thermometer 50 as outside air temperature measuring means of measuring an outside air temperature. The concrete curing method comprises: calculating a cracking index I(t) using the internal temperature, the temperature and humidity of the curing space, and the outside air temperature; and determining a curing period based upon the cracking index I(t) of the floor slab 120.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
