PURPOSE: To improve the process ability and to provide a concrete wall which has a high strength and a large size and which is lightweight, by placing fiber- reinforced concrete as a mother material in Which staple reinforcement such as carbon fibers is mixed, in a form so as to mold a decorative door.

CONSTITUTION: Fiber reinforced concrete 2 in which staples formed of carbon fibers are mixed in sand/cement slurry, is used as a mother material so that a decorative door is molded in a form. During this period, fiber-reinforced plastic reinforcements 3 using coupled thread-like members as core members, formed of carbon fibers, are laid in a grid-like pattern, and relief-finishing is made with decorative tiles 4 being embedded during the molding. Further, prestress is applied to the reinforcements 3 for reinforcement as necessary. Accordingly, the durability and the flame resistance may be enhanced so as to improve the noise shield and the oscillation damping, and thereby it is possible to provide a concrete door 1 having a high aesthetic appearance.
