A connection is made between the lower end of the first longitudinal hollow pipe and the right end of the eighth transverse hollow pipe through a bent pipe (295), the second portion (222) of the second transverse hollow pipe (220), the bent pipe, the second longitudinal hollow pipe (292), the bent pipe, the second portion (242) of the fourth transverse hollow pipe (240), the bent pipe, the third longitudinal hollow pipe (293), the bent pipe, the second portion (262) of the sixth transverse hollow pipe (260), the bent pipe, the fourth longitudinal hollow pipe (294) and the bent pipe, so as to complete heating medium piping. After that, concrete is placed.
