Abstract:
To provide a concrete flow rate adjusting valve structure capable of efficiently adjusting the flow rate of concrete pumped through a concrete pumping pipe in a portion closer to a casting location.SOLUTION: The concrete flow rate adjusting valve structure comprises: a detachable base 51 fixed to an upper portion of a concrete pumping pipe 31; a plurality of pin valve members 52, 53, 54 detachably and replaceably mounted to the detachable base 51; and mounting fixing means 55. The pin valve members 52, 53, 54 comprise insertion pins 52a, 53a, 54a that are simultaneously inserted into through holes 51b of the detachable base 51. There are three types of the pin valve members 52, 53, 54 having different lengths of the insertion pins 52a, 53a, 54a, respectively. The mounting fixing means 55 removably fixes each of the selected pin valve members 52, 53, 54 while being mounted on the detachable base 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
