The ready-mixed concretes 2 charged through both outside charging ports 3b and 3b of a ready-mixed concrete charging machine 3 are guided from inside surfaces 8c and 8c through the inclined parts 8a and 8a of guiding means 8 and 8 to the forming surfaces 5a and 5a of side plates 5 and 5.
