Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete form which is excellent in workability when it is manufactured and in which deterioration in heat insulating property is suppressed, and a method for manufacturing the concrete form.SOLUTION: A concrete form includes: a concrete form body; and a polyurethane foam (Y) placed on the concrete form body. The polyurethane foam (Y) is formed by curing a composition (X) for forming the polyurethane foam while foaming it. The composition (X) for forming the polyurethane foam contains a polyol component (A), a polyisocyanate component (B), and water as a foaming agent. The polyol component (A) does not contain a predetermined polyol compound, an average hydroxyl number and an average hydroxyl group value fall within predetermined ranges, respectively, and the polyisocyanate component (B) contains an MDI-based polyisocyanate compound.
