Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete form plate member having bending elastic modulus exceeding 18,000 kgf/cm2 irrespective of the excellence in recycling efficiency because a glass fiber is not used, stabilizing a nail even after six months of concrete execution and excellent also in later unnailing efficiency.
SOLUTION: The said concrete form plate member 1 includes a plate-like core 2 of resin having foaming magnification of 300% and non-foaming resin sheet layers 3 provided on both sides of the said core 2 and having the same resin material as that of the core. The core 2 and resin sheet layers 3 are monolithically provided. The concrete form plate member 1 fixes a plurality of sash bars 5 to the surface thereof with a nail 6, and it can be used for a form panel.
