Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a PC concrete product excellent in surface quality by specifying the nitrogen gas permeation quantity in a laminated body of a fiber reinforced polyolefine resin porous sheet with continuous pores and a polyolefine film with pore diameter in a specific range.
CONSTITUTION: A fiber reinforced polyolefine resin porous sheet with continuous pores, and a polyolefine film of 10-500μm in pore diameter are laminated to form a concrete form sheet. The nitrogen gas permeation quantity of the polyolefine film used in this case is to be 6×1011ml/m2.24hr.atm or more. In the fiber reinforced polyolefine resin porous sheet with continuous pores used in this case, reinforcing fiber is uniformly dispersed in polyolefine resin, and continuous pores are formed between the resin and fiber.
