PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent falling-off of a color material coat by including a synthetic resin, a pigment and an aggregate of specific diameter and applying a paint composition for color material coat formation in which an aggregate containing amount has a specific rate in the form of spray after a release agent coat is formed on a surface forming the unevenness of a decorative form.
SOLUTION: A synthetic resin, a pigment and an aggregate of particular diameter of 0.5-5 mm are contained and a paint composition for color material coat formation in which an aggregate containing amount has 40-80 wt.% is applied in the form of spray after the coat of a release agent D is formed on the surface forming the unevenness of a decorative form A, and, after dry hardening it is used as the decorative form. Next, a particular pattern applied in the form A in the form of spray is transferred to a concrete side on the interface of placed concrete C and the form A by specifying the aggregate containing amount and the aggregate particular diameter of a paint composition. Next, engagement of concrete and the aggregate is made an optimum state by applying the paint composition in the form A in the form of spray, and at the time of mold releasing, the color material coat B is peeled off, and falling-off is not generated even when it is contacted by a hand.
