Abstract:

To provide a concrete form which employs a recyclable paperboard as a sheathing board, and is repeatedly usable.

The concrete form is formed of the sheathing board 1 consisting of the paperboard 1' obtained by sticking, to each other, a number of water- resistant paperboards which contain 75 wt.% or more recycled wastepaper, polyethylene films 3 laminated on both sides of the paperboard 1', and polyester films 2 laminated on the same via the polyethylene films 3. The concrete form thus formed is easily releasable from concrete and repeatedly usable. After using the concrete form, the paperboard is recyclable as a wastepaper material, and therefore usage of woody plates such as plywood can be reduced, to thereby contribute to resource preservation. Further, formation of vent holes 4 in the sheathing board leads to further increase in release properties.
