Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain strong fastening force without increasing the number of fastening metal fixtures when fastening is made with the fastening metal fixtures.
CONSTITUTION: In mounting parts 19 of fastening metal fixtures of reinforced edge materials 4 as parts regulated by intermediate reinforcing materials 3 of reinforced edge materials provided to the circumferential edge sections on the rears of concrete casting sections 1 having concrete casting surfaces 1a, the front ends 4a on the rears of the reinforced edge sections 4 are so bent that they come near to the inside from the perpendicular line (v) drawn to the rears from the circumferential edge sections of the concrete casting surfaces 1a. Distance (d) to the perpendicular line (v) from the front ends 4a of the reinforced edge sections 4 is 0.2-3mm. By elasticity of the reinforced edge sections, pushing force is operated in the opening direction of the holding sections of the fastening metal fixtures, and fastening force of them is increased. When the fastening metal fixtures are mounted, two reinforced edge materials adjacent to each other can be easily fitted to the holding sections to insert.
