PURPOSE: To enable the fastening of various concrete formwork with one kind of washer by using the washer having plural double-waler fixation parts and single-waler fixation parts.

CONSTITUTION: A washer main body 1 is provided with a double-waler 9 fixation part 2 to be fixed to a waler 9, a double-waler movement preventing part 3, and a single-waler fixation part 4, and the waler 9 for fixing a formwork 10 is fixed in the single-waler fixation part 4, and a form tie 11 fixed by a fixation connector 12 is passed through a double-waler insertion hole 5 in the case of the double-waler or through a single-waler insertion hole 6, and a wedge 7 is placed into the hole of the form tie 11 for fastening. In the case where the waler is used or not, or even in the case where a distance from the surface plate of the formwork to the washer in the single-waler fixation part is different, since the fixing wedge 7 is placed, fastening can be performed with the same washer by using a concrete fowmwork fastening washer, which has a double-waler fixation part 2 and a double-waler movement preventing part 3 and tow or more of single-waler fixation parts.
