Title:
CONCRETE FROM MOLDING MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2000027431
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a concrete form material usable as a product similar to wood plywood, composed chiefly of a molding of waste plastics with multilayered moldings and wastes such as used paper or wood chips, having the desired physical strength, fully satisfying the need for water resistance and concrete separability, etc., and capable of coping with construction work such as a nail driving and handsaw cutting.

This concrete form molding material composed chiefly of wastes. Multilayered moldings formed from the specificity of each kind of waste are formed into fibers including cellulose molecule composition, by opening waste plastics in the form of thready without requiring the waste plastics to be classified by shape, material, hand color and requiring separation of the multilayered moldings, etc. Similarly, used paper, wood chips and the like are crushed and opened into fibers containing cellulose molecule composition. Carbon dioxide gas (CO) is inoculated into the molecular composition of cellulose (C6H10O5) forming the individual fibers cleaved and thermocompressive formation is effected to provide an elastic characteristic approximating that of wood.
