Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete mold clamping structure that can discharge bubbles and surplus water inside concrete to the outside of a mold.SOLUTION: A concrete mold clamping structure includes: a sheathing board 10; a cone 30 for a separator having a truncated conical cone part 31, a female screw part 32 and a male screw part 33 formed in both ends of the cone part 31, an annular part 34 enclosing the outer peripheral surface of the cone part 31, and a plurality of discharge passages 35 axially penetrating the annular part 34; and a separator 20 whose both ends are formed with male screws 21. The cone 30 for a separator where the female screw part 32 is screwed with the male screw 21 is bound to the sheathing board 10 by a binding member 17 in a state where the male screw part 33 is inserted through a binding hole part 12 and the male screw 33 part-side end is made to abut on one inner surface of the sheathing board 10. The discharge passages 35 communicate with a discharge hole part 11 bored by penetrating the sheathing board 10.
