PURPOSE: To provide a concrete pile cutting device simply operated by any person, enhanced in working efficiency and having a rotary cutting blade extended in its life to a large extent.

CONSTITUTION: A concrete pile cutting device has the moving stand 11 moving around the periphery of a hollow concrete pipe P provided almost vertically and the cutter main body 40 provided on the stand 11 and the cutter main body 40 consists of a motor M, the rotary cutting blade 41 attached to the drive shaft of the motor M and the case 42 having the motor M fixed thereto and covering the rotary cutting blade. A protruding member is provided to the case 42 on one side thereof and one end of a link member is attached to the moving stand 11 in a freely revolvable manner and the protruding member is attached to the other end of the link member in a freely revolvable maner and a pressure contact means bringing the rotary cutting blade 41 of the cutter main body 40 into contact with the concrete pile P is provided on the moving stand 11.
