To provide a concrete placing form 10 and a concrete placing construction method using the form easily removable from a construction place after concrete is hardened even if disposed in a narrow space.
The concrete placing form 10 is composed of plate-like thermoplastic resin foams 20, 20 and a heating element 30 such as an electric heater clamped between them. The form 10 is disposed in the narrow space to place cast-in-place concrete. After the concrete is hardened, a current is applied to the heating element 30 to heat the form 10. The plate-like thermoplastic resin foams 20 are contracted at least in dimension in the thickness direction by heating. A clearance is thereby formed between the form 10 and the placed concrete, and the form 10 can be easily removed from the narrow space.
