Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate the fluidization of a fresh concrete and realize the quick filling of the concrete in a form and realize an efficient concrete placement by a method wherein the form, the center of curvature of the bottom surface of which coincides with or is nearly close to the rocking center of a shaking table, is used.
SOLUTION: At the early stage of a concrete placement, vertical vibrations are given to a shaking table 3 by controlling the phases of a pair of servo- cylinders 10 and 11, which are provided so as to move both the ends of the shaking table 3 up and down, in a same direction. After that, when the fresh concrete charged at the early stage has fixed reinforcing bars, the running directions of electric currents running in the solenoids 12a and 13a of servo- valves 12 and 13 are changed over to adjust the phase difference between the servo-cylinders to be 180° so as to give the vibration in rocking direction to the shaking table 3.
