Title:
CONCRETE PLACING WORK EXECUTION METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3511159
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain high quality and shorten the term of works by continuously placing concrete different in strength before the previously placed concrete is hardened at the time of forming a concrete structure and a concrete member by using plural kinds of concrete.
SOLUTION: General concrete C2 for forming the lower part of a foundation pressure plate 1 is placed to a designated level (i). Before concrete C2 is hardened, subsequently high-strength concrete C1 is placed to the upper surface level of the pressure plate 1. After that, these concretes C1, C2 are hardened to form a pressure plate 1. Though an area (ii) where concrete C1 and C2 are mixed is produced, in the stage of design, it is designed that concrete C2 is used up to the upper surface level (iii) of the area to form. Thus, a defect in jointing of successive pours and cracks are not caused to attain high quality concrete structure, and the amount of high-strength concrete used can be decreased to reduce the cost.
