Title:
CONCRETE POLE HAVING SIDE OPENING AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP07269166
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent the bending of a prestressed concrete pole while keeping the stability thereof, even if the reinforcing bars situated in the part of the side opening of the pole are cut off.

CONSTITUTION: In a prestressed concrete pole, reinforcing bars 22 arranged inside the thick thickness part corresponding to the width of the frame 20 for forming an opening are connected to the frame 20 through fixing nuts 24. In the manufacture of the prestressed concrete pole like this, the reinforcing bars 22 arranged inside the thick thickness part corresponding to the width of the frame 20 are divided into three parts 30, 32, 34, and these are connected to one another by means of joint nuts 36. In that case, central parts 32, joint nuts 36, and fixing nuts 24 are arranged inside the frame 20, and then concrete is filled while turning these parts. After the concrete has been hardened, the central parts 32 and the joint nuts 36 inside the frame 20 are removed, and then the end parts 30 are fixed to the frame 20 by means of the fixing nuts 24.
