To provide a concrete pole allowing attachment/detachment work of a protective socket protecting an earth line passing through a through-hole of a steel flange of the concrete pole to be easily and simply performed upon wiring the earth line on an outer periphery of the concrete pole, and safety for an earth line to be secured.SOLUTION: A protective socket 20 is configured to consecutively arrange a cylindrical through-hole protective member 11 on a lower surface 3 of a disk-like base 1 with a diameter D1 and thickness t1 having a through-hole 4 at a center. The thickness t1 of the base 1 is formed by such a thickness that a worker can pick with a fingertip. Annular projections 13, 13 with slight elasticity are provided on an outer circumference of the through-hole protective member 11 in two layers, one above the other, and the through-hole protective member 11 is used by being inserted in a cable through hole of a steel flange. A diameter D13 of the annular projection meets the following "diameter D11 of the through-hole protective member 11
