Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide concrete product and its manufacturing method, with which the concrete product such as a concrete box or the like can safety and surely be removed from a form, prevent the form from being broken and reduce the labor of workers.
CONSTITUTION: Under the state that a concrete box 31 is hung down with a crane 50, compressed air is introduced through an introductory hole 35, which is provided on the bottom face 33 on a concrete product side. Thus, an inner form 40, which defines the inner surface of the concrete box 31, is gradually lowered, resulting in allowing to smoothly strip the inner form 40. Since an air feeding course is provided on the concrete product side, no clogging develops and sure and smooth demolding operation is performed.
