Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve vibration control and shorten molding time and further, upgrade the consistency of a concrete material in a cement product molding machine.
CONSTITUTION: A concrete material is supplied to a form 86 while a vibration device 90 vibrates the form 86 perpendicularly with its concurrent action to damp a horizontal vibration. The vibration device 90 is driven by a single drive shaft, which actuates a first and a second vibration rod 90 while rotating a counter-balance 121 in the opposite direction simultaneously. One set of positioning bracket locks the form 86 at a specified set opposite position while the form 86 is mounted inside the product molding machine. One set of telescopic stretchable legs retain a feed drawer assembly at a variable position above the form 90. A coupled actuated pallet feeder transfers pallets 91, 114 all at once from an 'on deck' position to a receiving position under the form 90.
