Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent press feed concrete from pulsating completely by providing a pair of rollers which squeeze out concrete, coming into inner contact with a flexible tube to be bent into a semi-arc shape, and an accumulator expansion/ contraction control means which presses out concrete with a connection to the tube and expansion and contraction by a hydraulic means.
CONSTITUTION: Both rollers 2, 3 rotate and compressive-deforms a flexible tube 1 to squeeze out concrete. When squeezing-out is incomplete from the time a preceding roller separates from the tube 1 to the time a succeeding roller comes to the tube 1, an accumulator 10 presses out accumulated concrete, so it is possible to prevent generation of pulsation.
