Abstract:

To provide a cement raw material that gives a concrete body having highly precise surface transferability even for minute patterns and shapes and an enough strength, and that can rapidly develop the strength, and does not need heating for curing.

Ninety five wt.% of alumina cement, 3.7 wt.% of silica fume, and 1.3 wt.% of zirconia are mixed, kneaded with the addition of water and cast into a mold having an embossed surface pattern to manufacture a concrete body having the same but reversed pattern.
