To provide a concrete floor slab exchange technique capable of arranging a necessary facility group in a region of one lane width and capable of reducing spatial restriction.SOLUTION: After an existing concrete plate is piled up from a road bridge by a forklift and conveyed to a pivotable position of a removed concrete plate, the removed concrete plate is rotated in its orientation at substantially 90 degrees with a turning carriage, a new concrete plate is taken up from a conveying vehicle by a first gate type loading apparatus and moved upward, and after that, the removed concrete plate is taken up by a second gate type loading apparatus and moved upward. After that, the turning carriage is moved right below the first gate type loading apparatus, the new concrete plate is loaded on the turning carriage and rotated in its orientation at substantially 90 degrees, and the new concrete plate is conveyed to the construction position by the forklift and installed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
