Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform pressure spraying and mass spraying by juxtaposing and supporting plural concrete sprayers on the tip of a robot arm device so that its spraying nozzles spray concrete on the same place.
SOLUTION: Two concrete sprayers 2 and 2a are juxtaposed and mounted on a traveling vehicle 1, and a robot arm device 3 as a support means having an articulated arm 4 is mounted on its whole side. A concrete material thrown in a throwing-in part 11 is carried to a central upper part by a screw conveyor 12, and is supplied to a hopper 6 of a sprayer main body 5 through a distributing member 13. The concrete material is dropped in a distributing chamber of a rotating rotor, and is discharged to a discharge port by compressed air, and is sprayed on a tunnel excavating surface from spraying nozzle parts 7 and 7a. At this time, the spraying nozzle parts are supported so as to spray concrete on the same place, and concrete sparaying concentrated in one place can be performed.
