PURPOSE: To provide a structure in which a side light emitting surface body is embedded by forming a recess on the surface of a concrete and sealing a filling material in the recess.

CONSTITUTION: An indicating body 12 is formed in such a way that the surface of a road is dug to form a rectangular cross section groove 13, a reflecting plate 14 made of a thin stainless steel plate whose surface is mirror finished is stuck on the recessed surface of the groove 13, a side light emitting element 15 is placed in the longitudinal direction on the bottom surface of the reflecting plate 14, and a filling material 16 made of a transparent acrylic resin is filled in the groove 13. When a light source is connected to one end of the side surface luminant 15 made of a phototransmission hose and turned on, light is emitted and radially scattered through the whole length of the side surface light emitting body 15.
